Zen conversion RB to BP, Tube length?

Hi all,

I recently saw a Zen that was converted from a roller ball to a ball point, using a Parker, it looked excellent.


Any idea on what tube length to use? Do you keep the spring on the Zen end cap and also what else should I know about doing this conversion?

Try this.

Use the Zen body with spring,
get a Sierra button click BP for the refill, extender and spring.
Shorten the extender as needed.

Or shorten the Zen tube by the difference of the refill lengths.

Both ideas would use both springs.

Just an idea, not tested.
