Iv'e had a bad run of luck lately trying to get some good slimline transmissions.I tried 2 separate bags ( bought months apart ) from 1 place, and they felt awful.Like sand inside, and no locking feel at the out position,so they fall out of position when writing, and several just all notchy.

I was able to use maybe 2 out of 10.I hate throwing money away.I asked them about it,and they said that's the way they are these days...

I was able to get a new bag from CSUSA,and they have that nice hydro-like feel to them, and have a nice locking feel at the end. They were priced right, too.

I have lots of odds & ends to make a bunch of slimlines up,just needed the crummy transmissions replaced, and now I am thrilled to have a new source.I could never see them listed in their catalog before,I'm glad I asked!

Thought I'd pass along my experience.
