Woodworker, Toolbox, Sketch pencils

I understand that the Woodworker pen has been discontinued by CSUSA. But what's the difference between the Woodworker, the Toolbox and Artist Sketch pencils?

The Toolbox seems to be in two parts, the Artist, is a single piece. Is this the only difference or is there a difference in quality too?
