Wooden Whimsies

Has anyone else had recent difficulties in receiving a response to an inquiry from Wooden Whimsies? Attempts to reach them via e-mail and telephone have been unsuccessful. In the past they have been very responsive.

The problem is that I received an incomplete order. I e-mailed them, waited 5 days and when there was no response, I called their website telephone number and left a message. There is still no response. There was nothing in the box advising that the rest of the order was coming, and to date there has been complete silence on their part. In the past, the few times I contacted them, they replied soon and with a sufficient answer. Does anyone know if they are experiencing a problem?

Just called...I received their vm and left a message.

I am planning on going by there Friday. I guess I should make contact before driving the 30 min to see them.

on Facebook they said that there phones were in a mess and that they are on the way back to the shop and will be up and running 10-18-18 if all goes well.
