Does anyone know the thread size and diameter of the retaining screw that holds in the insert on the Woodchuck Pen Pro carbide turning tool made by made by Bitshird?

Thanks,

Wade

If you have the 15 mm 2 in radius insert handle it is 8 by 32 by 3/8.

Ken made some different sizes over the years.

Another source for standard screws for inserts is azcarbide.com

Thanks Ken,

Unfortunately, azcarbide.com doesn't sell just the screw. I have lots of inserts and I am only looking of a spare retaining screw.

You asked about the size rather than about the availability. Will look and send you a PM if I have any spares.

Ken & Ed,

Thanks for the information & help. I was able to track down an extra retaining screw.
