My neighbor gave me a few blanks that her husband had before he passed 2004. She's been holding onto them for her son, but let me have some and a few kits.

I told her I'd do some research and give her a fair price for the pieces I took... Most of them are your typical exotics, but there are a few im unsure of and was hoping you guys could help.

The first one I have no idea what it is. The blank is stabalized, yellow in color and has some deep eyes in the burl.

The last two I don't know anything about them or what they might be worth. I will say that they look amazing.

9236 was a craft supply marking. I have some in inventory with that style of marking from them

The bottom pair could be several things, from a redwood burl (light weight) to one of the Aussie burls. Flat rate minimum $10 and up to "generous to a widow".

First three pics are the same blank, I believe ... looks like a clear stabilized buckeye burl.

Last two are both Cambodian ... some type of burl, and you're right, they're very pretty.

Depending on the pen kits you picked up from her, I would say you owe her between 25 and 50 bucks.

Given the last two are taped together and marked Cambodian, I'd guess either Rosewood or Amboyna burl.
You'll know if it's amboyna by the aroma--think of roses.
It's not a really high quality looking burl. I'd estimate about $5.00 - $7.00 per blank; more if you just want to help her out.
The end grain on the 3rd picture suggest a maple burl to me.
