Will 10 mm drill work for 25/64 kit?

I have a 10 mm drill from the Jr Gent II kits and the Baron calls for a 25/64. Will the 10 mm drill work? It seems that it would since 25/64 is 9.92 mm.

Yes you should be able to subsitute a 10mm, for 125/64"

BUt....

the JR Gent II should take a 10.5mm and a 12.5.

The Jr I should take a 10mm, or a 25/64", and a 15/32"

I'm happy to be wrong, but isn't the nib side bit for the Jr Gent II a 10.5mm?
