Where to get a specific clip?

Hi all, my wife has a friend that is PCSing from NHCL and she asked me to make a pen for said Corpsman. What I need is a Caduceus in chrome, yet all I can seem to find are gold ones. If anyone knows where I can get one, I would greatly appreciate it.
