Where to get Sierra Vista kits

I previously was purchasing these through Ernie at BearToothWoods but recently had a bad experience with a kit coming apart and him not being able to find my order so he wouldn't warranty the part.
Any other vendors carry these? The other couple places I order from don't seem to and I need to replace this part for my friend I made the pen for.
