I'm new to the hobby, and have seen some really great looking pen kits on this site. I haven't yet gotten in on a group buy, so I was wondering; where do you buy your pen kits? I've only bought at CSUSA, and have been happy with the product, but always looking for something new.

Thanks!

Thanks Dario; you're always good for a quick & honest answer![:)] I've used AS for blanks and bought some MM there as well, but I haven't seen a European pen kit on their site. Perhaps I am missing it.

Since Woodcraft is just a few minutes from the shop, I buy most of my kits from them. I also buy from CSUSA and Penn State. CSUSA has some high end, high quality (more $) kits which I like a lot. I can justify selling at a higher price. Penn state has a large and varied selection. Woodcraft usually lags behind in selling the new styles, but I have the convenience of proximity to them.

If I want a Berea Kit I use Bill @A.S.,
FOr PSI kits I love the service and prices at Woodturningz.
Ryan and Fritz are great to deal with; prompt service and their shipping charges are never more than actual cost.
