Where to buy display case?

Hey guys!

Does anyone know of a good source for nice display case for an individual pen?

I am giving a gift and would really like to get a nice, felt-lined wood case (not a tiny wood box) that I can have engraved. Anyone know of a place to get one for a decent price? All the ones I find are either for many pens or have a glass top (which I may just go with if I don't find a better option).

Don't forget that you can engrave a glass top as well.......
