Where to buy corncobs

Does anyone know of a place to buy corncobs? I want to try to dye/stabilize some but I am not sure where to buy them in bulk.

I have gotten some at Wal Mart. They are sold as squirrel food. Not stabilized, but work well. I just used a lot of CA and stabilized as I turned them down.

Jeremy, go to Ebay and type in "corn cobs" into the search box. There are a couple of sellers on Ebay that keep listings for corn cobs by the box. You should be able to find them with this search.

Thanks for the info, however, I am looking to stabilize some myself. Just wondering if anyone knew of any stores (craft stores) that might sell them.

Walmart---pet food section---you have to take the corn off yourself---they have been dried.

I think I can get 30+ cobbs in a flat rate box.

Try a feed store. They usually carry boxes of dried corn for feeding squirrels. I get a forty pound box for about 8 or 9 dollars. Feed em to the squirrels - they will clean the cobs off for you.LOL
