What is a better refill than ballpoint

I have several questions about refills for ball point pens.

What is a better ball point than the Hauser 707 SF?

Another question: Is the SF mean super fine?

Any suggests or information would be helpful.

The Hauser 707 is a rollerball, not a ballpoint.

The Schmidt rollerballs are better, in most people's judgement.
