Wedding acrylic blank

Somewhere I have seen an acrylic blank that is made for pens for signing the wedding guest book but I cannot find it since I first saw it. My daughter is getting married next month and would love to make this pen. Any ideas on where I might find this? As I recall it was daisies with clear acrylic.

I am not sure if they still have any but exotic blanks use to have Wedding White as an imported blank. I have a few if you cannot find any let me know, mine are 3/4 by 5.25 I think.
