We need a photo gallery of goofs, fubars and mistakes!

Title pretty much sums it up. Basically I was thinking something along the lines of this is a photo of x pen with y blank and this is how and why it got messed up. i.e. this is a sierra with snakewood and it cracked all over the next day because I turned it wet.

We all make mistakes but compiling a database if you will of mistakes could help improve everyone's skill set and knowledge.
