Watch part pen

I am ready to attempt the (nearly) impossible. I am about to venture into the option of a steampunk watch pen. My question for those of you who are knowledgeable in this is; "What glue do I use to set the watch parts to the painted tube with a PR pour"?
DISCLAIMER: JB, I have done a search and have viewed videos but can't seem to find that specific answer.

I use med CA (thin runs and makes a mess on me)

I let it dry a day after I have the pieces on the blank.
