I posted a little while ago asking for advice in using some vintage blanks I had.
Wood Butcher suggested going for a 40's 50's look.
I looked around for a suitable kit and this is the result, I think it's getting close to that era's look.
But any thoughts or comments would be welcome.

Good job. That is a perfect match of material and kit. I had envisioned something a bit different but this works better. I like that you have married what appears to be an older, almost Arts and Crafts blank and a contemporary kit. Nicely executed, be proud of this one.
