Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ever used the PSI Versa-Chisel or something similar?? They advertise it in their catalog as the next best thing since sliced bread. I would think it would be easy to sharpen too.
Thanks
Gary

I use one for most all my turning now. Although its not that brand its
made by sorby. It's a 3/8 inch. I find it real easy to use and no grabs like a skew,

I can't tell from the pictures on the PSI site, but it looks an awful lot like a spindle master with slightly rounded points, correct? If not, is it really a chisel or is it really a scraper? Is it a floor wax, or is ot a dessert topping?

I had recently bought a cheap set of HF turning tools, just cause I wanted a little wider skew. About all I'm using out of the set of 8 i got is the skew and a little smaller roughing gouge than I had before. If I recall correctly, theres 1/8" parting tool that I might be able to grind into that profile....
