URGENT NEED of 40 Slimline kits

Can anyone ship 40 kits (4 colors - chrome, black, satin, gold) quickly for like $2 per kit ? I bought some for less than that on here about a year ago but cant seem to find them now. (the kind with the little 'ball' clip)

I know these arent the best kits but they are for $15 pens.

I did go to his site and he doesnt seem to have the inexpensive slimlines. I bought 100 from him a year ago or so and they were fine for my purposes. Didnt see any on his site any more.
