I've got a few blanks ready for Wall Street II pens. I just bought my first Wall Street II I kit. I'm wondering if I can use one of the prepared Wall Street II blanks with the Wall Street II I kit. Thanks.

The tubes are the same for both. The WSIII just has a larger finished diameter than the WSII.

As for "Are the tunes the same", maybe Ed Brown can come up with a rap tune for each. They should be different but when played simultaneously, create a complete song!

WSII and WSIII use the same size tubes but different bushings. It should not be a problem to use pre-tubed WSII blanks on a WSIII pen, but the opposite might not work.

Some pre-tubed WSIII (aka Sierra Vista) are intended to take advantage of the larger pen size to leave more meat on the blank. If you try to use them on a WSII, you might wind up cutting into the embedded object.
