Tubes that fit inside Baron/Cigar 10mm tube

Does anyone know right off if any tubes from the pens out there that happen to fit somewhat snug into a 10mm tube for a Baron (or cigar)?

I have a design I'm putting together that's a bit complicated (and may not work), but if it does, I'll be posting here.

Sierra tubes - nope, sorry. Those tubes are backward, the Sierra fits over the cigar tube.
