I've got what might seem a stupid question...since I was really stupid to let it happen. [^] Anyway I know that the tubes for a standard slimline are 2 1/8 inches and the tubes for a euro designers are 2 1/8 and 2 3/8's. How long should the tubes for a standard slimline pencil be? I've got a bunch of tubes I think are pencil tubes, they measure almost exactly 2 inches. I'm assuming they are the right tubes but we all know what the first 3 letters of assume are....:D Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Billy, It's Mick I was just too lazy to log out and come back as me.....lol. [:D] I figured it out. I had some of the Berea kits with the Greek Key centerbands mixed in with em. They actually take a much shorter tube(1 7/8) and it was throwing me off.If you compare the two pencil mechanisms the one from Berea is much shorter. That would explain why Connie is carrying around a pencil with the finial post sticking out way too far...lol.[^]
