Tube dimensions for Twist Extension on Berea Motorcycle kit

I misplaced the twist extension tube for Berea's motorcycle twist kit. I would think this could just be replaced by cutting off a portion of some surplus tube stock... but I'm not sure what size.

Does anyone know what size this tube is?
