Thoughts on Rubber-Toughened Ca?

Have any of you folks used the Rubber-Toughened CA to glue tubes? Pros? Cons? Other uses?

I've never used it in pen making. I have used it to glue a leather face on a wood vise and protective leather pads for F-clamps -- worked fine for those applications -- fast setting and some flexibility.

I have used it on dark acrylics and seemed to work fine.

All I ever use when gluing the tubes in the wood blanks is Gorilla Brand Super Glue, which is "rubberized." I had used others when first starting, and had too many blow-outs. In nearly 200 pens, I have had 3 blowouts, and that was my fault for straying away from my norm of three beads on 7mm tubes, and 4 beads on larger diameter tubes.
