For those of you who have made Thin Blue Line pens ....

... do you put a thin blue line on both "sides" (ie. two blue lines separated by 180 degrees) ?

I've seen them both ways with others cutting a black blank in half and sandwiching a blue piece in the middle. I make mine with one because everything else in relationship to the thin blue line only has one in it so ... I make my pens with only one, but its just my opinion. Its probably not a big deal if there is one on each side of the pen.

I make mine with a diagonal line. It can be seen all the way around the pen.

I like the diagonal look on Jim's pen. But I think it would look good running the length of the pen also... My 2 cents

I don't think there is any right or wrong way to do it. I use one line behind a badge. I'm generally making a custom pen for a specific person.
