Are the bushing for the Baron and the Jr Gent the same. Since CSU is having such a great sale I am going to get some.. but no sense getting new bushings if I already have a set that will work...
Also.... which do you consider a better seller, the threaded end cap like the Baron has or the plain end cap on the JrGent..

Tom, I personally have sold more of the plain end cap than the threaded, but that is partly because of personal preference (I make more of the plain end ones). As far as the bushings I'm not sure. I looked on the AS site and they at least have them labeled and priced differently.

Plain end cap by far and no the bushings are not the same. The threads hanging off the end when the cap is on look unfinished, like a part was left off.

I don't mind the threads at all. But I do agree that a tapered cap would be nice. On my next one I am going to experiment with a wooden tapered end much like that Regency kit from the UK I have seen photos of.
