Guys, Thanks for all the great advice. My pen making has really improved over the year I have been at it thanks to all of you. On your advice here I tried out TBC. Wow! What a difference! I wont be using another method unless I have to. Did a Shotgun over and under pen. I love the way it turned out.

That looks great, I need to get the centers to give this a try, everythign I have done has been on the mandrel so far... I'll print out the library articles on it and give it a shot, guess its about time to upgrade lots of bushing...
