tetra bushings

Tetra is a new pen kit from Berea. I bought two kit and did not buy the bushing. have made the pens and and sold them very nice weight and comfortable feel.

Now here's the problem:

WHat is the decimal measurements of the bushings. The kit instructions only say 45A Without the bushing i can't measure.

Can you measure the inside of the tubes or the pen parts?

Turning diameter is .412 which I find to be a little larger than the matching parts, so mine are turned down "a little" :tongue: Pilot diameter is .2885. Wish someone would make me some TBC bushings, the 45As are not the most concentric.

I really like the kit. Reasonably thin stylus, parker fill and silver nano tip which looks fairly durable -- just had to replace my first rubber one on a sierra

Really like the two-tone trims.

Bought the 8mm bushings from laserlinez, put them between centers with a spare tube in place and filed them down to the size I needed. Works great.
