Well i couldnt make a round pen, so i thought i needed some bushings, good ones. I was gonna buy then from jonnycnc. but then my dad why not make them? so i figured, why not? well 5 hours later here is 4 bushings. they arent shiny or even the same length but they fit the tubes better and are the right diameter, and longer in the hole for more stability(or at least that what i think). And a 60 degree hole in the end. Probably wont be making very many more, hopefully it wont take me 5 hours. (well not me, mainly my dad.. but i know how to now. He says i owe him for the rest of my life for making me bushings. But im not so sure.) well anyway hope fully these help me out. o yea they are jr gent bushings( and the instructions that come with them are totally wack and off the not even close to the size of the pen. So i just measured the little rings that go on the end. the last 2 pics are comparison of the original bushings and mine, to see how much longer they are. anyway that was my day, what do ya think?

Cool, James, but the proof is in the pens, so I look forward to seeing the pen(s) you turn with these (not that I've noticed any OOR issues with any of your previous pictures).
