Stylus and Lazer Kit

Have any of you found a kit with a stylus on one end and a lazer on the other end (no pen)? If so, where can I find this?

If not, how about a pen on one end and a lazer or a stylus on the other end?

I'm not sure about the lazers but several companies have pen/stylus combinations now:
