Statesmen instructions

Anyone have instructions handy they could email me for the CSUSA Statesmen pen? I lost mine in a shop cleaning frenzy this morning and now I have one ready to assemble but I wanna follow the instructions for my first one.

I went to their site, however it says page not found when you click on the instructions for the Statesman.
