stars and stripes pen blank

if you are making a single barrel pen and would like to use the stars and stripes pen blanks needless to say you would have to cut them,,im assuming you would use epoxy to glue them back together,,any thoughts or comments on the best way to do this ,,or your method or the glue you used,,,thank you

Excuse the poor picture. The segmenting is done on the mandrel. I used CA. The pieces went together nice and clean. I glued the stripe on first..it will be about 3/4 (or slightly more) the length of the tube. A short piece of tube will be exposed. After glue cures clean face the stripe blank and clean the tube. Next square a small stars segment...trial fit. Glue and place on tube...butt up against strip blank... apply sight pressure until it cures. Finish squaring and proceed. If you have a problem I'd be glad to chat ala phone...but practice..think it through. You'll figure it out....BTW the blanks used are PSI.
