Spalted tamarind in acrylic?

Hey guys,

I've been doing a lot of acrylics and polyesters, and they've been working out pretty well for me...

So now I want to make a pen that looks like spalted maple or spalted tamarind. Is there anything in the acrylic polyester world that might pass as similar, or am I forced to do wood for that look?

Really? There isn't anything in the acrylic/polyester/acrylester/rhino world that might work?

my advice would be to go to all the vendors websites you can find and search there blanks.

Another alternative would be to find Stabilized spalted maple or tamarind.
