I have a Fisher space pen refill in the Atlas that I carry around. Works great. First thing I did was try and write on wet paper because I was skeptical about the claim, but it in fact writes perfect on wet paper.

I looked into making my titanium pens fit the space pen refill. I wasn't that impressed with the writing quality though. The thick ink seems to make a gummy mess on the paper sometimes. I bought a whole bunch of different types of refills and found the long life roller ball refills to write better in my opinion.

I have a couple of them but rarely use them because of the poor ink quality.
