In Butcher's tutorial on turning pens between centers, he uses two items I'd like to purchase. The first is a "center drill." I'd like to know what size works best and where to purchase one. The second is a bushing set that has 60 degree holes on one end of each bushing. He mentions that makes his own but several IAP folks make and sell them. I'd like to purchase several sets.

I have it on good authority that Butcher got his center drills at Little Machine Shop http://www.littlemachineshop.com/products/product_view.php?ProductID=1230&category=-390856429

He uses the #3 most of the time but on larger pens will use the #4 or #5. While he did make some bushings on his metal lathe, he purchased the nice bushings from Johnny CNC. His bushings are superior since he is a machinist, Butcher is not!
