I want to make some Celtic Knots, a 1st for me, what kind of supplies do you use for inlays? Wood, plastic etc etc? Where is a good place to get it from? Do I need to get a "thin" table saw blade? Is there such a thing as a thick saw blade for a table top band saw? I got the directions from the library and it looks fairly straight forward. Thanks.

You can use a circular saw blade in a table saw to achieve a much thinner kerf. The blades are rather cheap as well.

Andrew and ALL; The circular saw blade works well IF you don't push the blade too hard. If you do, it will start to oscillate and the cut will be uneven and ruin the blank. This is especially true in acrylics. Experience speaking!
