Where do you guys get those cool looking snake skin pen blanks? I tried doing a search here and on google, but turned up nothing useful.

There are several suppliers. I have purchased a couple from BB at Arizona Silhouette.

Here's another link for snaleskin blanks, http://glimmerznmore.com You may have to email them for availability. I just got some from them but have not turned them so I can't compare them to the ones I got from AS.

EDIT: Didn't catch the period after the link. Thanks for the heads up.

We must be careful when typing links in our posts. Periods at the end of the link don't work and often the period after the .com (i.e. http://www.abcdefgh.com.)is a difficult mistake to find. Often the link is deemed no good when in fact it is if that last period is removed then the link works. I'm not complaining, just trying to offer some help and understanding.
do a good turn daily!
Don

BTW: the snake skin blanks sold by both arizonasilhouette and woodturningz are made by the same person, I think. So they should be of equal quality. could be wrong...have been before...and probably will be again.
