SLimline max width

Someone posted a measurement at one point not too long ago, that gave guidance about how wide the upper barrel of a slimline could be and not have the pen clip bow out. Does anyone know what that is? I should have written it down but didn't!

Depends on WHICH clip you are using, Angela.

Take a caliper, measure from inside edge of vertical piece of clip to the center of the hole in the clip connector. Double this measurement and you have the absolute max. Subtract a couple thousandths for safety margin, if you don't like to "live on the edge!"[][][][][]
