Slimline kit preference...ti or 24k

Is it worth it to make a slimline w/a titanium finish? Or do most of you make them w/the 24k finish? Just curious as to your thoughts on this?

My favorite plating is gunmetal, goes with just about any kind of wood.

I avoid the 24k finish as it will wear off rapidly. Use the upgrade finish whenever possible. IMHO.

I have used the satin nickel from Berea for hundreds of pens. I also use the chrome kit for pens that I send to the Freedom Pens Project.

I have carried a satin nickel pen for years and the plating holds up well.

Like Larry said, the Berea Satin Nickel holds up excellent, and so do their Titanium gold platings - they even look like gold!!
Do not waste your money on everything less, especially in gold color.

i myself like the pearl finish, my finger prints don't show up as much :laugh:
