I just looked at the click cigar pen bushing from PSI

(.460x360 .360x.528 ) upper section
(.576x.360 .360x.476 ) lower section

This is from PSI web site

Then I look at wracinowski file his measurements were different.

.475x.357 x .357x .575) upper section
.530x.357 x .357x .459) lower section

Do not have John cnc measurements at hand.

So what up?

You really aren't that far apart - and you have the upper and lower sections mixed up in one of your sets above. The clip end takes the .575 & .475 (.576 &. 476) and the writing end takes the .530 & .459 (.528 & .460).

As far as the .360 or .357 is concerned - I would be more concerned about which one fit the mandrel of your choice the best, and when you determine that, if it's still a wash, I'd go with the one that is .003 larger to hopefully keep the blank centered better.

Wayne makes a disclaimer on his page about how the tolerances can be up to .003 out. These measurements are (just) within that.
