Not sure if this is the correct forum but seemed to be the best fit...
Has any one turned silver leaf oak? I saw an ad for a bunch of free wood about 200 miles away and wanted to know if it was worth the trip.
I googled and found out the tree is an oramental tree but could not find reference to the wood being used. Does any one know how this turns and what the wood looks like? Thanks
