I have noticed, on this forum, that there are a lot of references to the Sierra pens. It appears, to me, that the Sierras are very similar to PSI's Gatsbys. Is there a difference? Is it quality or are the other, "hidden", differences? Will the tubes/bushings, etc. transfer between the two pens, etc. I'm really curious re: this as I have several Gatsby kits and am wondering if I should consider switching for this pen style.

TIA,

I bought some Wall Street II along with bushings from Woodcraft a couple of years ago. WSII is what Woodcraft calls Sierra. The WSII bushings measure the same on both ends. On the other hand, the Gatsby have different sized bushings on each end (tip end 0.470", clip end 0.384").

The Sierra and Gatsby are the same kits. I usually make the Sierra, but when I want to make a pen and pencil set then I use the Gatsby because they are both the same lenght. I can't understand why they don't make the Sierra pencil the same lenght as the pen...
