I made several sierras last night---To date they are my favorite. On some of them the mechanism is harder to turn and makes a scraping sound and then on others it turns smooth. What can I do to fix this?

The sierra is VERY sensitive to any glue inside the tubes. I've never had any other problem with the sierra kit...glue in the tube has always been the problem.
Do a good turn daily!
