I just had my second thread failure on the Jr Gent I, same as before the threads just fell out of the cap in peices.

I've been using this one since the last one failed maybe a month or three.

Good thing I haven't sold any of these yet, looks like I just keep them for give away's for family or cary pens for myself.

got just enough thread to screw on the nib end but wont thread on the other end with the shorter thread.

Think I'll switch to a Cigar to carry around for a while, until I have a chance to build my Roman Harvest Irish Bog Oak Pen for my carry pen.

Dang, this is very discouraging. I have a few of these that I was making for my Church. I may have to reconsider that.

I've made and sold quite a few of the Jr. Gent1 without any returns(KNOCK on WOOD)

I can't say the same with the Orion from Woodturningz. Bought and made 10, sold 4 and repaired 4 within 3 months. On the other hand their CS is great.
