Woodchuck is his tool and Ken (bitshird) is his name.

Keep in mind that Ken is in the hospital post heart attack and stroke. Might be awhile before he's back in the shop...unless someone else is handling them for him?

I just ordered one last week. There is someone who is running the shop for Ken. He said he would get my order out this week. It sounds like he is very busy and perhaps a bit out of his element... It's good to know he has someone to help while he is in the hospital.
