search for a thinner roller

My smallest diameter roller is a baron I looking for a smaller diameter rollerball Any suggestions please?

The Berea Flat Top American rb/fp uses a letter V drill for both tubes (about 9.5 mm) which is a little smaller than the 25/64 Baron tube. I haven't turned one yet, so I don't know if the hardware lets you turn the blanks any thinner than a Baron though.

The finished flat top measures .490" on the cap and .446" on the barrel. Hope that helps

Penn State Rollester. Bushing is .445 per their instruction sheet.

That's curious. The pen diameter is also listed as 0.49. Their Traditional roller ball has a bushing diameter of .450.
