a few months ago bought a sculpted design kit from packardwood. last night decided to make a pen using this kit. i made it using a piece of corrugoto wood a friend gave me turned the wood finished it up came out really nice since i am still new. but the nightmares began when putting the pen together. first the cap would not stay in finally got it stay with ca. secondly when i put the top and bottom together the clip that fits into the top of the bottom piece was still exposed. i double and triple checked the measurment when cutting the tenon for the band. also the feel of the pen feels kind of top heavy. has any one had similiar problems with this type pen thanks [8D]
