roller ball refills

Can anyone direct me to a source for rollerball refills? I'm looking for black, blue, and red, and I'm not sure where to look. I also don't know about the sizes...Do the pen kits all take the same size or are there different ones? So far all of the kits I've done appear to have the same size refill, but while searching the internet, I found a bunch of different size options and I do not want to get the wrong thing.
