Roller ball in Baron

Is there a way to replace the refill in a Baron with a ball point or something similar? I sold my first one and the customer is not happy with the way the roller ball writes. I think she writes very tiny and neat and the roller ball is spreading (for lack of a better word) the ink on the page. Thanks.

Even the Hauser rollerball should be capable of writing very small without ink bleeding. I would suggest swapping the refill for a fine point Schmidt as supplied by Lou (DC Bluesman). The Hauser have a reputation for varying in quality.

I'm not aware of any ballpoint that will fit straight in. Maybe someone else does.

I agree. Get rid of the Hauser and go to a Schmidt or Schneider refill. Both come in a find point that writes smooth and not so bold.

I use Hauser refills to put the glue inside my drilled blanks.

At least then the are good for something.
