Default Rhinehart Fountain Pen

I know this pen has been discontinued by Woodcraft. But it is one of my favorites. I was going to make a Fountain Pen for myself - I have several kits saved - But I can't find my bushings. I have made a bunch of these pens before for sale, so I know I had them.

Two questions does anyone have a set of bushings for sale or trade? I have many blanks. Failing that does anyone know of a set that can be substituted and/or the dimensions of the bushings.

Woodcraft still has the bushings for sale on their site. The Rinehart bushings are apparently the same as for the Navigator and Sedona kits.
